Found this while thrifting, and I recognized the pattern right away. I have never seen this type of bowl, with this unusual handle. I see on a facebook page that this is a casserole bowl cup, and should have a lid. Quite rare, I imagine. But if you have this pattern, you may want to add this to your set. The bowl measures 3. 25" across and is 2 inches high. The handle is 2. 75" long. Logo on the bottom is too faded to read, but this is the same as my yellow VERNONWARE pattern, so I presume it is also vernonware. One very feint crack on one side. priced on condition and rarity. I can't find another like it.
