40s/50s Homemade Green Plaid Wool Button Dress

Wonderful late 40s/early 50s plaid lightweight wool in green and black with yellow. Black fabric belt, self buttons. Lightly padded shoulders. Cuffed 3/4 sleeve. Belt is marked size 16.
