40s Victorian Revival Festive Brooch Pendant And Chain
It's a brooch with a hook in back so it's also a pendant and I added the chain which is also vintage. Ithas a festive Victorian flair. The brooch / pendant is lightweight silvertone filigree. All stones are glass. The pin looks askew but it's not! Closes with rolling safety catch. It's a bit "loose", which just means that it's 3 layers and the top 2 layers turn. A bt faded toward the center.
