Homemade Rayon taffeta skirt from the 40s has a fab high and wide waistband that comes to a graceful point at center front. The skirt flows down from there and has a lot of volume by the time it gets down to the hem (not technically a circle skirt). Back metal zipper. Made for swing dancing! CONDITION: you can see some faint "purpling" here and there, mostly visible in strong light (I didn't see it until my studio lights hit it!)
