40s Black Straw Open Crown Wreath Hat

Unusual black straw open crown hat from the 1940's. Styled as an open crown with wide weave straw sides. The open crown is crossed with a wide taffeta ribbon and a huge back bow with streamers. The interior is finished with a soft black fabric.

Excellent condition with no issues.

Inner circumference is 22 inches. Outer circumference is 30 1/2 inches.
