40s 50s Navy Blue Satin Slip with Lace Thin Adjustable Straps
A fantastic sexy and shapely slip, in wonderful condition. The only issue is some color fading, which for some odd reason is more apparent on the reverse side. The straps are very thin, and the metal adjusters are smaller than usual, which is indicative of earlier period garments, so I am dating this in the late 40's - early 50's. NO tears, NO stains, NO snags, NO repairs! I tried to show the discoloring that is on the reverse side, but my camera is not cooperating> It looks lighter and redder in reality . The good part is that you cannot see it on the right side. the lace is 3 " wide on the bottom, and 2. 5" wide on the top. Just stunning! I would just wear it around the house, as a dress!
