40s/50s Navy Blue Polka Dot Drop Waist Dress

A very nice handmade dress from the late 1940s to 1950s! It's navy blue with white polka dot printed with a drop waist. It has a nice sheer collar and sleeve cuffs with lace trim. It has pinked seams and a metal "Serval" zipper. It has a lining inside as well. Since it is handmade it does not have a brand or care tag.
