40s 50s Arrow Work Shirt Gabardine Loop Collar Green 155 Collar Henry Fonda Near Mint by Arrow
This is a wonderful, near mint condition work shirt from the late 40s/early 50s. I just got two vintage work shirt buttons to ensure that each sleeve had two buttons. All buttons are original from the 40s. One or two have some surface crazing, and there is a slight repair on the shoulder lining...see close -up. My photoshop had a very hard time getting the right color. Buttons are green, shirt is green, and please ignore any Moire pattern that shows up in the photos,... the fabric is solid with no pattern. No stains, no tears, no snags, no cuff or collar wear. Fantastic tailoring on front pockets. French seams and a soft silk/ satin shoulder lining. It looks like the ARROW label was reattached. Fabric is heavy to medium weight suitable for fall, winter, and spring. Go by measurements. Great woodsy shirt!
