40s 37s Tan Gabardine Single Breasted Pants Suit By Botany "500"

Vintage 40s Tan Gabardine Single Breasted 2 Piece 37S Pants Suit Details:
- wide notched lapels jacket, trousers included (be advised Sold AS IS due to multiple stains/discolorations on each piece)
- worn as a wedding suit in July 1948 per note in pocket
- upper angled breast pocket, 2 lower slit pockets, 1 inner jacket pocket -single breasted, unvented, petal back, 4 button cuff, padded shoulders
- trousers have 4 front pleats, watch pocket in the upper waistband  
- trousers have dropped belt loops, front and back pockets and turned cuffs
- Talon brand metal zipper topped with button, inner button
- best for a size 37 but please base purchase off of actual measurements 
- shirt and tie shown not included but available separately for purchase

Material:  wool, synthetic partial lining

Brand/Tags: Botany "500", tailored by Daroff, Mearan's, Ironton, Ohio

Condition:  Good
- multiple stains on jacket and trousers (I attempt to show all of these in photographs), none have been treated and could possibly be improved.  Owner had this dry cleaned over and over again but likely not spot treated
- small old tear inner patch back side jacket
- fade at waistband where belt leather either faded on it or discolored from having belt always on it
- missing inner strap buttons, light iron shine in some places
- set has not been cleaned but no odors to note and presents well in person (photos with flash exaggerate the stains)
