Featuring permanently crinkled white polyester sheer fabric, this vintage HAN FONG New York full length 2-piece dress has a separate tunic length top with short sleeves and a scoop neckline. Made in the USA, this set is washable. Either of these can be worn with other pieces already in your wardrobe. The spaghetti strap dress is a natural with other cover ups, blazers or wraps. The tunic length top will dress up leggings, a slim skirt or even jeans.
