Made in the USA this versatile vintage Mesmerize tunic-length blouse can be worn buttoned or unbuttoned over almost anything. Black is the basic color with front and back top panels in brown and bronze floral velvet touch fabric. Both the long sleeves and fluttery soft modified peplum bottom are in sheer black.

In Excellent Vintage Condition all the stitching is intact. The blouse is free of tears rips or odors.
Laundry instructions show to hand wash this. However since all today's washing machines have delicate cycles I turned the blouse inside out and washed it in cold water using the gentle cycle. I hung it to dry and it came out beautifully clean.
