From 1991, this uncut, ready to use Simplicity pattern number 7518 includes directions and patterns for a pullover blouse you can personalize is 7 versions. It is shown as "Sizes 12-14-16" and the fit is for bust sizes of 30 to 44 inches. This pattern tissue has never been cut, all pieces are nicely folded, with all instructions included inside the package.
The description shows "Simplicity Personal Touches Design your own blouse, Easy to Sew, Misses Blouse with Neckline and Trim variation's: Pullover blouse with long or short raglan sleeves and buttoned back neckline has pleat detail at shoulder. V. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 have long sleeves, V. 6 and 7 have short sleeves, V. 5 has lace or sheer sleeves. V. 6 has front ties. V. 7 has braid and jeweled applique trim."
Sizing standards were very different than they are now. Although it is shown for Sizes 12 through 16, this pattern will not most likely not fit a modern Size 12, 14 or 16 woman. The bust sizes it is made for are from 30 to 44 inches. I have included a photo of the complete body measurements shown on the back of this pattern.

CONDITION: This pattern is uncut and is complete. The pattern is nicely folded and all pieces and instructions are fully accounted for. Envelope flap has been opened (see picture). There is some browning due to aging of the paper used for the envelope and the instruction sheets. I did not fully open the tissue for the actual pattern because it was so nicely folded.
Overall, this pattern is in Excellent Vintage condition.
