With a permanently stretchy ruched-like design, circles in shades of blue are surrounded by smaller stretchy angled shapes. The designer name CIN is there, however any fabric label is missing, so what I can say is this a lightweight sheer fabric, which is probably a mixture of polyester and perhaps nylon or rayon.
