Made in Hong Kong, designed by Carlisle, this waist length semi-fitted floral cotton blazer is a richly colored gem waiting for you. With a hidden zipper front, plus top and bottom snaps, it boasts incredible designer details. Quilted 1 and 1/4 inch wide strips line the front and back. The waistband is stitched to define your shape. In the center back there is a metal loop. Light blue acetate is used for the full lining.
