Made in Italy by Maison PHOLYA, this burgundy cloche style hat features a glitzy silver and black fabric band accented with an array of feathers and 3 faceted clear rhinestones. Versatile, the trim can be worn to either side, in front, or in back. This hat is easy to wear for a variety of head sizes. It is the classic cloche 1920's shape, one that has stayed popular for decades. In the photos I show several of the ways this fabulous hat can be worn.
