Flirty, chic and classic too, this all black wool brim hat features a fabric flower trim. Made in the USA, it has a stamped WPL 4894 identification inside. One side features an upturned brim trimmed with a soft black flower. That turned up side can be worn in front, on the side or in the back.
Overall it is 12 and 1/2 inches in diameter. There is a slight dome shape to the center rise of the hat.
It can be worn off to either side, pulled down in front or back on the crown of your head.
The softly rounded dome rises 4 and 1/4 inches from the brim. The brim is 3 inches wide.
Inside it is 21 and 1/2 inches around.
The only fault I can find with this hat is the lack of a designer logo. Other than that minor fact, it is in Very Good Vintage condition, a lovely basic black hat to have in your vintage closet.
