30s/40s Royal Blue Velvet Dress With Gold Embelishments
This lovely late 1930s 1940s velvet dress is absolutely incredible. The detailing at the waist is just jaw dropping. the additional golden detailing at the shoulders is absolutely breathtaking. Zips up the side, snap closures at the back and a tie at the back. No tags, likely hand made. Would best fit a Small. Model is modern size 4/6.

A few small marks, loose threads, and minor wear spots, present throughout garment inside and out. There are white marks from the adhesive used to repair the piece on the inside of the garment. Two tiny pinholes were also found on the bottom of the skirt.
