Made by the Russell Newman Manufacturing Co. in Denton, Texas this is a lovely soft nylon fabric. Blue lace and tiny floral appliques accents the yoke and there is a flat row of blue lace at the sleeve cuffs. Seven blue Plastic buttons line the front and there is one hidden side pocket.
