30s/40s Navy Blue Tulle Dress With Sailor Collar

Stunning vintage sheer tulle dress from the 1930s with incredible collar details. and those amaazing sleeves. Has lavender purple trim which may have also been navy at one time and has faded. A single side hook and eye and thread loops for a belt. Little matching buttons at the back of the neck. Small sized, I'd say. No label.

Excellent to great vintage condition. There are areas of color fade generally. and she does have a few pea-sized holes in various places and some small areas of seam that could do with some stitching as well as the bottom hem. There is one missing button at the back at the very top.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip
Armpit to armpit across bust: 30" up to about 34"
Waist: 22" up to about 26" barely
Hips: 26" up to about 34"
Shoulder to waist: 15"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 46"
