This glamourous gown belonged to famed Norman Rockwell Model and actress Helen Mueller of the 40s. I aquired quite a few of her items in an auction.
This glamourous gown is one of a kind. I had the top restored. Originally the illusion portion of the bodice was stiff and splitting. The beaded appliques were removed and a new illusion neckline was attached with the appliques in the same positions. The Illusion is now a modern stretchy nylon for long wear. Sexy low back. There are covered buttons that start at the back of the waist. On the front of the body of the dress is a long cascading ruffle. Inside the bust are silk breast padding hidden in the lining. This total glam and in beautiful condition for it's age. Best fit would be a S/M however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
