20s Red And Teal Velvet Dress Bat Wing Sleeves, As-is

This is a lovely vivd red silk chiffon and devore velvet in a teal blue. The dress has a slightly V-ed neckline and a fun chiffon cord with little loops over it like a necklace. It's a fun and whimsical detail to this dress. The sleeves are wonderful batwing sleeves that are attached along the side and to the velvet cuffs, They are open on the underside. The dress is a drop waist, shift style with 3 fun ruffles in velvet across the front. The dress falls just past the knees and is pulled on over the head with no closures.

Condition:
The dress is in okay condition with the flaws mostly contained to the sleeves. The most serious issue is a large tear in the chiffon on the right sleeve. There are also some small repairs to holes on both of the sleeves too. Another issue is damage to the underarm that was attempted to be repaired at some point. There are some holes and a patch in a hot pink acetate, I believe it is polyester but am not sure. They also re-lined the cuffs in the same material as well. The last thing to note on this dress is that the shoulders are a bit weak and have some damage as well. The dress with a little work is wearable and a very fun piece.
