20s/30s Green Czech Glass Tassel Necklace
This late 20s/early 30s necklace is made of sparkling Czech glass beads on hand-knotted string. There are multi-sided faceted beads in three shapes plus small seed beads.
Very good condition. Slight wear on some of the facet edges. The necklace was re-strung at some point, done very nicely and very securely. I see no chipped or cracked beads.
Measurements:
Length: 32", necklace only; 4 1/2", tassel. Elongated beads are 1 1/2" long; large oval beads, 7/8"; small ovals, 1/2"; rounds, 3/8" (all measurements approximate).
Necklace was likely longer at one point, but was re-strung and probably lost a few beads.
