Vintage Black and Red Reversible Velvet Vest Waistcoat Black Satin Back Adjustable Waist Wedding Formal Red Carpet Unisex

A vintage vest in Mint condition. Reversible red or black velvet. Here is the thing. If you are worried about what side the buttons are on, when the red side is worn out, they are on the right side, for a man, but if you wear the black side out, they are on the woman's side....so if you care, take note. Chest is a 42" from arm pit to arm pit, but tag says 46". Waist is 40". When you reverse the vest, there is a slit near the waist adjustor, that lets your reverse the strip of cloth that buttons at the side. Very clever. I can find no flaws on this vest. Could be 50's or 60s. Wonderful for a wedding, a red carpet event, stage, the holidays, ...lots of uses with the color change option. Enjoy!
