Vintage 70's does 40's Kathryn Conover of New York dress. Belted at the waist, with shoulder pads that are easily removed. Though they are the cutest western print for shoulder pads I've ever seen. Double skirted peplum with fantastic tail in back. Material does stretch. Very good vintage condition, no flaws noted. Has been laundered and is ready to wear.
