The short puff sleeves don't have elastic on the top of she sleeves, but have stretchy elastic cuffs. High elastic waist that stretches 2" inches. Wide leg flared pants with a blue, yellow, and black plaid and floral print. Unlined. There are no closures, so you just step into the piece.
