Vintage 70s Prairie Style Maxi Dress Cream Unbranded

Vintage Prairie style Maxi Dress, estimated 1970's to early 80's time-frame. Unbranded - no interior tags. Size and fabric are my estimations based on measurements and feel. Please be sure to check the measurements for best fit assessment. Estimated size XS to S

Fabric feels like a Nylon
Sheer creamy off white (nylon) body, fully lined at chest and skirt
Zipper closure with hook at top (missing loop - easy fix)
High neckline with sheer lace at chest and neck, decorative tonal buttons at front
Full bib style ruffle in front and back - ribbon and lace trim
Sheer long sleeves with lace trimmed, snap closure cuffs
Lace and ribbon trim at waist
Attached back tie belt
Full maxi length skirt
Ruffle and lace trimmed at hem
Estimated size XS to S, Extra Small to Small

Condition: Good with missing loop for hook at top of neck closure (easy fix), foundation makeup (looks like) at interior neck, does not show when worn - I have not attempted to clean. Slight perfumey vintage scent. The (estimated) nylon is solid, no holes and no exterior stains. Lace looks great. I think I see a light tinge of yellow in some light - but I'm not positive, if so, very faint.
