70s Vintage Off White Rose Cutout Cold Shoulder Dress

Beautiful, lightweight dress. Off white with adjustable drawstring cold shoulder short sleeves. Lace edging details and Rose lace peekaboo chest motif. Ruffled skirt and double tied waist. There are no tags on this dress but it looks like a Jody T of California dress. Dress is soft and silky, it feels like a nylon blend. So pretty for summer. There is a small mark on the skirt that I have not tried to treat and a few loose threads but overall the dress is in good shape and ready to wear. Please check measurements listed.
