Size - Labeled size Small, I am a modern Medium and it fits me fine. I would not recommend it for anyone shorter than 5'6" unless you have elevated shoes.

Chest - 20. 25" pit to pit
Sleeves - 25. 5" from shoulder seam
Waist - approx 25. 5" across
Hips - approx 32. 5" across
Length - 59"
Condition - New with tags. I did find one tiny spot on the back that I did not attempt to remove. I assume it will come out when it's cleaned though. The fabric is hand printed so there are slight imperfections. I wouldn't consider these flaws though.
