Bust: 32” to max 34” (dress form is 35” & the buttons wouldn’t stay closed)
Waist: to 28” but can be tied smaller

Condition: a few inches of lace at the hem was repaired, the bottom 4 buttons were replace (they are almost an exact match but just a hair smaller.)
