Description - Very cool bright green dress with op art check drop waist skirt. The top has a turtleneck. It zips up the back and has 2 buttons at the neck. The bodice is knit and has stretch. It is also fully lined. It comes with a shiny black belt.

There are 2 holes in the lining where the stitches from the belt loops are. This is not visible on the outside. The belt is kind of wonky. It is wrinkly and stitching has come out. It works but it has seen better days.
