1962 cherry blossom dress by Kay Whitney. Beautiful cherry blossom embroidery on top. Lightweight cream material, slightly sheer, I think it is rayon or rayon linen blend. Great summer dress. Has pockets and a gorgeous neckline. Has been laundered and is ready to wear. Small repair to the skirt (pictured) and I reinforced the snap button at the waist. Laundered and ready to wear. Belt loops but original belt is missing. Some buttons have small indentations, buttons are shimmery pearly off white, the dress is beautiful. Shown pinned and unpinned to mannequin. It's difficult to capture how pretty this dress is.
