These nifty little scissors are sterling silver or sterling silver plate. They have a modest design with lovely curved lines, but not too much detail. They are dual use for snuffing out a flame, as well as trimming a wick (could possibly use some sharpening if planning on utilizing these).They are in overall very good condition, especially considering their age, with some patina and moderate signs of wear throughout. They still have their little stand/leg to keep them from singeing the surface after being put down.
