Victorian Large Art Nouveau Amethyst Sash Pin Brooch

Victorian Large Art Nouveau Amethyst Sash Pin Brooch

I have had this pin for ages, but now it needs a new home.....the gem stone front is worn down, but the metal setting is still in perfect shape. A new stone could be put in its place, or if you like things to show its age, the stone can be embraced as a symbolic acceptance of age and beauty!
This is a LARGE pin, measuring 2 and three eighths of an inch long and one and a half inches wide. I cannot guraentee that the "stone" is a gem, or is glass. I see tiny "flaws" or bubbles in the stone, so I think it is real.
