3 Piece Pajama Set Bright Pink Nylon Knee Length Robe Pj Top Long Pants 70s Vintage by Vanity Fair

It is such a treat to find all 3 pieces of this vintage Vanity Fair robe and pajama set. In size Small, the set has a knee length nylon button-front robe, long pants with an elastic waist and a short-sleeve button front pajama top. It was Made in the USA, during the late 1970's, in a pretty shade of bright pink nylon. Both the robe and the PJ top have floral applique trim at the V-necklines.

The robe has three quarter length sleeves, a V-neckline, four bright pink plastic buttons and one hidden side pocket.

For both the robe and the PJ top the fabric is a combination of shiny satin nylon and regular finish nylon, as you can see in the photos where the satin shines at the yoke, rolled edges and on the sleeve cuffs of the robe.

As evidence of how well these older VF nylon garments were made, the elastic in the waist band remains very stretchy.

For the pajama top there are four bright pink plastic front buttons.
