Rare 70s Malihini Tropical Shirt In Blue and White Striped Seersucker with Back Center Vent Red Pocket Detail

I bought this in Las Vegas, probably in the 90's, as I was collecting 70's shirts. I just now see it has a Tropical label! Not what I think of as Tropical , but that makes it all the more unusual! I did a search, and can't find another like it! The label says it is 70% poly, so ironing wont be an issue...and I cannot find ANY flaws!!!! Price based on rarity and condition, which is mint, other than the label has unraveled at the edges...so it was definitely washed a few times. Great for 70s films, TV, stage, etc. Go by measurements. Label says S, but seems like it could be a M. Collar does NOT button up.
