A VERY rare man's pullover sweater from the late 1950s or early 60s. A few minor flaws ( see pictures) that I will fix before sending, but I am showing them now, so you are aware it has been mended. Most of the wear in the armpit area, so the repairs are less likely to show. I tried to find the history of this brand...it could be one I found that incorporated in 1959, and lasted 30 years. I don't think it's the company that made and sold neckties. Anyway, I always loved this sweater, and the boat neck collar is so distinctive! I can't help thinking of the coffee house scenes from FUNNY FACE with Audrey Hepburn and Fred Astair! Striped pattern, with black trim.
