This is a lovely turn-of-the-century white cotton skirt, It could also be a petticoat. It has a drawstring waistband that ties with a cord in the back (why I think it could be a petticoat). The top of the skirt is simple with all of the volume created from box pleats in the back. The skirt has a bell shape and a slight train in the back. The hem has a decorated flounce that has gorgeous circular swirls with a scalloped hem.
Condition:
The skirt is in great condition with no flaws to note. It has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.
