Early 60s Green Mod "deadstock" Scarf From Japan
This never used scarf has a great mod geometric pattern! The never removed label is classic late 50's early 60's mod. The white manufacturers' label reads Rayon 70% and nylon 30%, (but I thought it felt like cotton) and also says "Made in Japan" RN 20496. On the reverse side of this small white folded over label is probably the earliest washing instructions. It reads: "Care Instructions". and then describes how to hand wash, etc. Measures 20 inches square.
