Priced so reasonably due to some condition issues - the piping is cracked/ worn on the back side with a bit of the plastic inner part exposed - but I guess won’t be visible really when worn as it’s the back side. Some cracking at top of crossbody strap and a bit of general wear. But it really does look fresh and high quality still! Would have priced for $400 if condition was excellent. You could probably get this fixed - I assume a shoemaker would glue the piping back in and match the color of the trim!
