Wonder late 60s early 70s vintage mod scooter dress. Bright blue cotton nubby linen blend with white eyelet lace trim with green piping down the front. Sleeveless shift cut. Metal zipper up the back with hook closure. Unlined except for the inside collar which is lined with matching green cotton fabric. Even though the dress has been cleaned, there are some spots on the inside the collar that didn't come out during cleaning, please see the last photo. These spots cannot be seen while wearing.
