This is a beautiful and dramatic vintage 1990's formal dress made by "Debut". It is made of a black and white satin (Polyester) with a full lining (Acetate). It features a strapless boned bodice, a full ball gown sweep with a rounded back sweep and an attached nylon tulle crinoline underskirt. It is accented by beautifully scattered rhinestones across the bodice, waist and down the side split where the white shows through the black. This dress is so elegant and would make a great special occasion dress or the base for a unique costume!
