Totally on trend vintage find from the mid 90s or so. Absolutely beautiful Royal blue shade with metallic weave in the lace popover top. Looks EUC, the inner acetate lining has lost a little color but this happens with age regardless of wear, it happened to my own stored gowns. There is some give in the waist and hips because of the bias-cut. 58.5" long.
