90s 00s Vintage Tie Dye Empire Waist Babydoll Dress

One of the cutest dresses ever. Appears to be homemade. Empire waisted. Bodice is a green almost raw silk looking fabric with orange ribbon trim at neck. Wide straps. Ribbon can be used to tighten the bust. Skirt is the softest and lightest rayon in purple with tie dye detail. Flares beautifully. Pulls on over the head. Striking piece!
