12" sleeve with a notch at the cuff
24.75" long
Measurements also in pics. No stretch per se, but because the dress is bias cut it will expand to accommodate curves at the expense of some length.
EUC no visible flaws, and the gown is 59" long when laid flat. I would say it probably fits a modern 12 or 14. I did clip the gown back for the front shot. The jacket has shoulder pads but they look removable.
Will not separate at this time.
