90s/00s Red White And Blue Silk Chiffon Ruffled Blouse
WOW! This gorgeous silk chiffon blouse with ruffled sleeves and collar gives me some MAJOR Parisian vibes. Red, white, and blue color, with tiny gold-tone buttons. The attention to detail in how this was made is incredible! There are even tiny little shoulder pads! I bought this for myself in a vintage shop in Florence, Italy over 10 years ago now. I believe it to be late 90s or Y2K, but I cannot be 100% certain as the only tag is the content tag, which says 100% silk. Buttons up the front. Model is modern size 4/6 for reference.
