It's bias cut so a slightly bigger size could possibly fit in it.
This gown is so fabulous. It has seed beads all over and the lower half of the skirt is made up of bead accented lace. There is also lace up near the neckline and seed beads line it all. It looks EUC and I don't see any real flaws - there are a couple fuzzy threads around the very edge of the lace on the hem - it wasn't cut straight and it was cut according to the floral embroidery and the lace, so there are some petals that look like they stick out from the hemline. That seems to be a design feature.
