Amazing VOLUP 90s gown by Night Way Collections. Black velvet with rhinestone straps across the cleavage and back. Halter that ties on the neck. Zips up the back. Very high center front slit. Stunning. Likely a poly velvet, tag with fabric and care instructions has been cut out.
No size label. My current measurements are 43/31/43 inches and I wear a 36E. I'm 5'4. This definitely had room beyond my size.

Bust - 36-46 inches. Rhinestone chains are stretchy as well as the fabric! Cups themselves are about 7.5 inches wide.
Waist - 30-37-ish inches.
Hip - 40-48 inches
Length - 61 inches from bottom of tie to hem. Halter ties are 18 inches.
Slit - 26.5 inches.
Condition: Some picks in the lining, missing two rhinestones on the top back chain and one on the bottom (I just saw it but I can snap a picture if you like!). Could use a reinforcing stitch at the top of the slit if you're picky but I think it's sound. I'd say near excellent condition.
