The style of this dress is 1950s but it was made in the 1990s by Ellen Ashley. The purple polka dot fabric is darling. The large collar makes the dress distinct and classy. I love the shoulder pads (but they are removable) and the belted waist. This feminine, classy dress is great for spring. It reminds me of a dress Princess Diana might have worn. Excellent condition with all buttons on and no flaws or stains in the fabric. The fabric is rayon and the is made in the USA
