Beautiful vintage lace collar circa the 1980s. Embroidered leaves and maybe florals on a tulle base. Its not straight of course, but it measures approx. 31" long, and approx. 4.75" wide at the widest part. Scalloped edges.
Excellent, near mint, vintage condition. The tulle side, which is meant to be sewn into the garment, is not finished.
