80s Volcanic Burnt Glaze Drying Bowl Pottery Sculpture

80s Volcanic Burnt Glaze Drying Bowl Pottery Sculpture

Here for your consideration is a unique art pottery sculpture. It is Terra cotta clay with a volcanic burnt ash glaze. The piece looks like rusted cast iron but it is all pottery. It is made as some kind of drying vessel. Would look great as a display for drying small herbs. It is signed on the bottom but I can not make out the name. It is dated 1987. It measures from the top of the bowl a diameter of 5" and is 4" tall. It has no chips or cracks and is in good displayable vintage condition.
